Before you complain
An impartial, confidential, and free remedy
Appealing to the Ombudsman is a right provided to all citizens of the City of Laval when reasonable motives lead them to believe that their rights were or potentially could be infringed upon by an act or omission of the municipal government or a para-municipal entity.
Since your previous efforts did not culminate in a resolution of the issue, we invite you to fill out the following intervention request form.

The documents, investigation reports and all information gathered by the Ombudsman are confidential and are not subjected to information access laws.
