Filing of the 11th annual report of the ombudsman of Laval
The Ombudsman of the City of Laval, Nathalie Blais,has filled the 11th annual report of her office during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024.
This report reflects activities guided by our fundamental values of honesty, efficiency and empathy, in conitnuity with our vision « Let’s Take Action Together ».
The Ombudsman of Laval’s annual reports are only available in French. The 2023 annual report will be available as of June 5th in the section Publication of our web site.
