Filing of the 9th annual report of the ombudsman of Laval

The Ombudsman of the City of Laval, Nathalie Blais, has filed the 9th annual report of her office during the City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 13.

With the theme « Reconnect and Take Action », this report outlines the activities of the Ombudsman Office for the year ending December 31, 2021.

« The past year has again been marked by its share of challenges caused by the pandemic. Although communication delays are still present, our team is working tirelessly to reduce them, while fully playing its role as a link between citizens, the City and its elected officials. Now that we have the chance to come together and restore dialogue, one of our priorities for the next year will be to contribute to the improvement of municipal services, which is also at the heart of our mission after handling complaints. », points out Nathalie Blais.
